Trophimus Foundation supports children experiencing poverty through education and opportunities to grow. Based in Ikoga, Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria, we believe every child deserves the chance to learn. We believe that a child’s circumstances should not decide their opportunity to learn.
Our focus is education, personal growth and time together as a community. We want children to have room to discover their interests, build confidence and develop their abilities.
Education
Access to learning is at the heart of our work. Our focus includes primary and secondary education, books and the learning materials children need.
Skills & creativity
Learning goes beyond the classroom. Creative activities and practical skills give children ways to explore ideas and discover what they enjoy.
Character & confidence
We value kindness, responsibility and respect. Encouragement and opportunities to take part help children build confidence in themselves and consideration for others.
